Zanezwe has put its services into practice on the ground. Supporting local production cycles, advising smallholder farmers on improving yield and land management, running hands-on training sessions for rural community members, and contributing to development initiatives that strengthen infrastructure and livelihoods in Sanyati. Each project reflects the same approach: practical work, shared skills, and lasting impact
Supported local farmers through a full maize production cycle in Sanyati — from land preparation and planting to crop management and harvest. The initiative combined Zanezwe's own production expertise with close, season-long support on the ground, helping farmers apply improved techniques at each stage rather than receiving guidance in isolation. Beyond the immediate harvest, the project built local knowledge that farmers can carry into future seasons independently, reinforcing Zanezwe's belief that strong yields today should also mean stronger self-reliance tomorrow.
Delivered hands-on training to smallholder farmers across Sanyati, covering sustainable land management, improved production techniques, and practical business skills for running a farm as a viable enterprise. Sessions were designed to be immediately applicable — farmers left each training able to put new methods to work in their own fields right away, rather than waiting on outside support. The program reflects Zanezwe's broader belief that lasting change comes from equipping people with skills they can keep using long after the training ends, building a base of local expertise that continues to grow within the community itself.
Partnered with the local community in Sanyati to improve access to irrigation, helping farmers reduce dependence on rainfall and extend production into the dry season. The project focused on practical, low-cost water solutions that smallholder farmers could maintain and expand on their own — supporting more consistent yields and greater food security for the community
